At Millets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return form is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
